Shipping Policy
For all pre orders, processing time is 7-10 business days (Monday-Friday) Ex: If you place an order on Friday your order will not process until Monday. Shipping is 3-5 business days via UPS Or FEDEX excluding weekends & holidays. Processing time & shipping times can fluctuate due to high volume of orders.
- Please be sure to provide the correct order details & mailing address. Once your payment is processed & order is shipped, changes cannot be made. We are NOT responsible for any lost or damaged items after the carrier receives the package.
- Tracking information will be sent out as soon as your order is shipped. Please allow up to 24 hours for it to update.
RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY
- All sales are final. No refunds, returns, or exchanges unless there is an error on our behalf. In the event that a return is needed, you must contact us within 48 hours of receiving the package. The hair must be in it’s original packaging & state.
Hair that has been altered (worn, brushed out, etc.) will not be accepted due to public safety & sanitation reasons.
